1. Select the right size and frame of the canvase you perferred.

2. Choose the number of colors you want to get. If your photo has a lot of details, we recommend you to select 36 colors for a much better result.

3. Using "Upload my photo" button on our product page to upload the photo you want to customized,then press the "Add to cart " button and finish your order normally

1. Choose a high-quality photo with balanced lights.

2. The photo should better be clear and of sufficient resolution (at least 500x500)

3. After your order placed, our graphic designer will check the quailty of photos, ensure it's suitable for painting

4. It usually takes our graphic designer 3-4 days to design,create and check error for your customized Paint by Numbers Kit. After you confirm the designed draft, it will get packed together with the rest of the accessories and finally shipped to you.

Shipping: We do our best to process & ship all orders as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 48-72 hours. Due to the high volume of orders please allow up to 12-15 days for delivery of the Paint by Numbers Kit.

Return: We accept return on products. Customers has the right to apply for return within 14 days after the receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (Custom products cannot be returned except quality problems existed)

What if the paints is not enough to finish painting

Our paint by number kits contain enough high quality paint，which is 1.5 times as amount as the paints you need to finish your canvas. Just in case the paints run out, you can contact us to provide you with more paints.
